Payment Methods
Payment options include credit card, money order, and personal check.
Credit Cards : WebGeo Hosting accepts credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Money Orders and Personal Checks : we accept checks, cashier checks, and money orders in U.S. dollars from United States banks.
 

Network Traffic
Most network traffic to and from your site is logged to your account. This includes FTP puts and retrievals, all Web accesses from outside of the WebGeo Hosting network, and email traffic to and from all of your email addresses.
If you exceed your network traffic quota, you will automatically be charged $1.00/block of 100MB
 

Restoration of Files/Closed Accounts
A $100.00 restoration fee must be paid before any attempt of restoring files is processed. This fee does not guarantee your ability to recover any lost file, regardless of how or why the file was lost.
 

Account renewal
Your account will automatically be renewed when your billing period expires unless you contact our billing department and close or suspend the account. Account is terminated immediately upon receiving your cancellation request.
 

Cancelling Your Account
You may cancel your WebGeo Hosting account at any time by using our on-line account cancellation form.
You may only cancel your account effective the end of your current billing period. This means that if you cancel after the renewal date, you still have to pay that bill. If a refund is due, refund will consist of any pre-paid full month's, this means partial or prorated refunds are not disbursed.
